HQ.training vs Eversports

One flat price, however many bookings you take

Eversports runs studio software and a consumer marketplace across German-speaking Europe and beyond, priced by how many bookings you take each month. HQ is $59 a month at any volume, and adds coaching, wearables and fitness data, which Eversports’ own terms keep off its platform.

What this page says about Eversports comes from Eversports’s own pricing page, terms (AGB) and help center, read on 13 October 2026. Prices and features change, so check theirs before you decide.

The short version

HQ is the better pick if

  • Your studio is growing, and you don’t want the bill to grow with every booking.
  • You don’t want a 12-month term that renews for another 12 and rises with inflation plus 3% a year.
  • Your instructors coach members between classes, with plans, strength sets and wearable data.
  • You want each member’s risk of leaving scored for you.

Eversports is the better pick if

  • You need a German till that has already run with a live TSE, DATEV and the invoices your tax adviser expects.
  • You want Urban Sports Club, ClassPass, Wellhub or EGYM Wellpass connected, not entered at the desk.
  • You want its marketplace reach, at 25% of a new customer’s bookings up to €75.
  • You run courts, or want spot booking for reformers and bikes.

What sets them apart

A price that grows with you, or doesn’t

Eversports moves you up a tier as your average bookings rise, from €49 to €229 a month net on yearly billing. HQ is $59 a month whether you teach five classes a week or fifty.

Contract and yearly increases

Eversports’ terms set 12-month subscriptions that renew for 12 months unless cancelled in writing 60 days ahead, and raise prices each year by Austrian inflation plus 3%. HQ is monthly or yearly, and you cancel from the billing page.

Training data

Eversports’ terms (AGB §9) ask studios not to process health-related data through its software. HQ is built for it: members connect a watch, ring or scale, and a coach they accept sees their training load, HRV and sleep.

Where Eversports is ahead

A German till that is proven in use, DATEV, aggregator connections, spot booking and a marketplace with real reach. For a studio that depends on those, it fits better today.

Moving from Eversports

  1. Export your customers

Eversports exports all customers to Excel, along with active memberships, invoices and financial reports.

  2. Give notice in time

Contracts signed since October 2024 need written notice 60 days before the 12 months end, or they renew for another 12.

  3. Start on HQ

Gym & Studio is 14 days free, then $59 a month or $590 a year, with no contract to sign.

Questions

Can I track water intake from a LARQ bottle?
Yes. Pair your LARQ Bottle PureVis 2 directly over Bluetooth in the HQ.training iOS or Android app, without LARQ’s cloud or Apple Health. See estimated water intake and a seven-day chart on your private profile, with optional bottle calibration. Account sync and Apple Health export imports are also available.
Can I connect Eight Sleep?
Yes. The unofficial beta imports your own sleep reports, stages and reported biometrics, and provides a private Pod dashboard. Temperature, schedule and alarm controls are supported; base, pillow and audio controls depend on what your hardware and account report. It works without Apple Health. Sleep Agent, Health Check alerts, proprietary Autopilot algorithms and device setup remain in the Eight Sleep app. Physical Pod 5/6 validation is still pending.
Is HQ priced in euros?
Yes. HQ’s own plans are sold in euros as well as US dollars, and in euros you can pay by card or SEPA Direct Debit. The prices you charge your members are in your gym’s currency.
Does HQ support SEPA direct debit?
Yes, through Stripe, for gyms that bill in euros. Members enter their IBAN and accept the mandate on Stripe’s page, get notice before each debit, and a debit their bank returns shows at check-in like a failed card. There is no fee factoring or debt collection.
Is HQ’s point of sale a certified German till?
No. HQ signs each sale and refund with a TSE in your own fiskaly account, prints the signature and QR code on the receipt, closes the day and exports DSFinV-K. That has been built to fiskaly’s API but not yet run against a live account, HQ is not a certified till, and there is no DATEV export. You report the till to your tax office yourself.
Can members still come through Urban Sports Club?
Yes. The desk checks Urban Sports Club, Wellpass, ClassPass, Wellhub and Hansefit members in with the ID from their app, within the limits and classes you set, and a monthly report adds up what each should pay. It is by hand: HQ isn’t a connected partner of any of them yet, so compare the report with their credit note.
